《記者之聲》已經有好一陣子沒跟大家見面,現在崔護重來,希望日後可以跟您定期見面。社會騷亂是香港記者不時碰上的採訪機會,「七‧五」新疆騷亂雖然已過了一段日子,但當中的經驗,相信在其他騷亂事件中亦可以派上用場,值得我們花時間跟大家在這裡探討。結果,稿子還未發出去,新疆九月又再發生示威和衝突......

美國媒體的情況可以用兩個辭來形容:呻吟與哀鳴。情況之嚴峻,已到了只求生存,接受政府補助也在所不惜的階段。這不但危害新聞自由,甚至危害民主。各界正致力尋找媒體可持續營運的模式,新聞院校、研究機構、傳媒人和政治人物都提出不少方案,包括設立捐款基金以贊助報紙、政府直接資助、豁免媒體交稅、放寬反壟斷法以便新聞團體可以集體議價、禁止互聯網轉載新聞等,但結果都是徒然......
